The calm and hotel staff availability to answer and satisfy our expectations. The ensuite room has a classical design and the 2 walls wide windows give a freedom and space impression, dominating the nice area of Herastrau-Television quarter. Despite the polar weather (blissard shuffling, -28°C ouside at nights), the heating and warm water never failed.

Over the holidays, I stayed in a comfortable hotel with big rooms and great amenities. the breakfast buffet and menu options were delicious, and the free internet was quick and convenient. the location was excellent, as it was only a short walk away from the subway and near plenty of good restaurants. One of the best things was the quiet and serene surroundings that made for a peaceful stay.
The thin walls made it easy to hear the cleaning staff and other guests in their rooms, which was frustrating when trying to sleep. the room fridge was not running and needed replacing.

The hotel is situated in a great location, close to public transportation which makes it easy to get around. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a good Wi-Fi connection. The breakfast buffet was varied, fresh and delicious.
The walls were quite thin and we could hear the noise from other guests and the cleaning staff early in the morning. , the air conditioning in the corridor and restaurant area was turned off which made it a bit uncomfortable during the hot summer days.
